this is the 2nd nephew i will have on a mission (his older sister is on a mission as well)
But this kid I am really going to miss. He is always there and willing to babysit, run errands, or just hang out with us/my husband.
He is heading into the MTC tomorrow and 8 weeks later will be flying out to serve an LDS mission in Fiji.
If I think about it too much i get emotional. Scarlet loves her cousin Sky.
I was Scarlet's age when my oldest brother left on his mission. We were just as close as Sky and Scar but when he got home I had no idea who he was. This makes me so sad for Scar...but we'll be writing him and make her look at pictures all the time.
All I have to say is that the church is true and it's completely worth it to let my family go for 2 years to share the amazing message.

Yay Elder Smith!!! That look really suits him :) Scar will be around him for like a week after he gets back and they'll be best friends I am sure!
I think I remember you commenting when I was sick once, so I'm here to comment on your sick post. Why ya sick?! ;) The church is true. I hope all goes well.
